Welcome to my site! My name is Rand Diab. I am a physician, board-certified in ophthalmology – medical and surgical eye care – practicing since 2003. I am passionate about wellness for physicians, and all people, as well as improving physician communication and patient education. I believe that everyone should be given the opportunity to advocate for their own healthcare needs.

When I’m not doctoring, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 children, exercising (running, barre, strength training), playing sports & games (tennis, skiing, softball, and board games), or engaging in community programs. Some of my side projects include founding and running a non-profit organization focused on education, building websites for various organizations, and participating in community youth programs.

The eye featured at the top of this page is a custom painting by my daughter that hangs on my clinic wall.
